There are two types of bots in WhatsBox.
Admin defined bots, and client defined bots.
Admin defined bots
This bots are bots are created by the admin, that are available to all your clients. This bots are bots that are common for your clientele.
Client defined bots
This bots are personal, bots defined by client, and only they can use it. This bots are bots that the client have created for their own, for their specific need.
Both types, are created the same way.
There are two phases of the bot
Define - when you defined the bot, link to it, properties etc
Configure - when you activate it, and setup the different properties
