First, login as admin, and go in Settings.

Go in the Finances tab, and make sure Tool used for subscriptions is Local Bank Transfer.

In the same place, on the bottom, you can configure how you clients will be paying you

In this case, you as admin, will need to manually keep track of your clients payments.
