The terms and conditions appear at two places

On the landing page

At the moment, you can use external tools like notion.so to host your Privacy Policy, Terms, and conditions content.

Then copy the link of those pages, and add them in Site Settings → Apps → Landing page links

You can use tools like our own Privacy Policy maker to make the content
